Terms & Conditions

1. General Use

• By using the website or making a purchase, you agree to these rules.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped from Evanston, IL using FedEx or similar carriers.

• Once an order is shipped, Leonidas-USA is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages.

• Customers must track and receive their shipments.

• If you provide the wrong shipping address, you will be charged a $12 correction fee.

• To protect the chocolates from melting, they may hold shipments or require a signature.

• Chocolates are imported fresh from Belgium and should be enjoyed within 30 days. Store them in a cool, dry place (59–65°F).

3. Orders, Cancellations & Returns

• You can cancel an order, but only before it ships.

• Because these are food products, all sales are final once shipped, and returns are not accepted.

4. Substitutions

• If a specific chocolate is out of stock, they will swap it for a similar flavor or package of equal quality.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

• If your order arrives damaged (not related to heat or theft) or incomplete, contact us with photos to resolve the issue.

6. Pricing & Errors

• Leonidas-USA can cancel orders and issue refunds if there was a typo or pricing error on the website.

7. Legal Information

• The content on the website is copyrighted.

• These terms are governed by Illinois law, and any legal disputes must be filed in Cook County, IL within one year.
